I unbox the new 13-inch MacBook aluminum unibody enclosure, which was published in late 2008. In the video, I compare the new model's predecessor and show the system. This model has the following specs: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia 9400M graphics card, sound card, backlit keyboard, and one piece construction with LED display.

A PDA and a laptop computer to a large extent the same functions, but they are quite different. A PDA is ideal for light weight and portability. The laptop is portable, but is heavier and somewhat cumbersome. If you are looking to buy a PDA or a laptop, it is useful to determine the need to compare the two, what you do.
A PDA is easy - more so than the laptop. While you can take your laptop to a class, it istoo heavy to bear. You can put the PDA in a pocket or handbag. You have to bear with the laptop in a vehicle, usually with a shoulder strap.

After a Dell XPS M1530, and then switch to the Mac Book, the most obvious difference is that I live only with the MacBook, no cable, no charger, no wires or cords without even my wireless mouse. I thought that slide into a tiny bag of Umbria. The size and weight and battery life makes it easy to wear almost anywhere. I get directly from 4 to 5 clock of my MacBook, more than enough time to get from one area to an electrical outlet.

I ordered this laptop to run Ubuntu Linux. It works very well. Every piece of hardware works automatically, without any configuration. Play Video is uniformly in both VLC and Flash in the browser, and the sound is fantastic. Suspend / resume is a dream to work with, and 2 GB of memory is sufficient.
I was happy to use this laptop, and I commend all those who want something on the border between laptops and netbooks.
Well done, Acer!

| Review by David Krnavek (Durham, NC USA) 2010-03-09 I received this laptop (can't really call it a netbook with a dual-core and 4GB of RAM) last week after about a week of deliberation over the other options out there. In this 11.6" range, there's a pretty limited number of models to compare. If you're willing to pay another hundred dollars and up, you could get a faster processor. Likewise, you ... | Review by RJG (Bethany, CT) 2010-03-04 I purchased and returned this unit just today after receiving it from Amazon only yesterday. It is of high quality equal to the more widely known MFGs. I had to return it due to the lack of resolution, razor thin viewing angle and meaningless Gamma Ctrl from its 768 screen. I'm coming from a 5 year old Gateway 1600*900 M65 Core 2... | Review by Matt (Kentucky, USA) 2010-02-18 This review is aimed at anyone who is basically tired of dealing with Windows. I have used Windows in a home environment since the early 90's and I'm also a professional in the IT field, where I only work with Windows-based PC's on a daily basis. Windows and mid to higher end PC's definitely have advantages compared to OS X and the lack of connec... Read more Apple MacBook Pro reviews | ||
